Administration Division

This division is responsible for the Internal Administration of the department.

Main functions

  • Matters related to the recruitment of departmental staff, holding efficiency bar examinations, approving annual increments, promotions and transfers.
  • Updating and maintaining the personal files of all officers and staff members attached to the department and the combined services.
  • Human Resource Development activities.
  • Correspondence relating to the professional activities and services of the department with other institutions.
  • Maintenance activities.
